The Princeton Suite 12- Studio | 1 Bed, 1 Bath

Welcome to our newest studio suite sitting in a very convenient area, Univerity Heights, walking distance to UNM and close driving distance to UNMH, Presbyterian and Lovelace Heart Hospital!

This suite comes with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area/bedroom with a Queen bed, Bathroom has a walk in shower and theres a closet for storage. Comes with high speed Xfinity wifi and a large flat screen TV.

This Suite is located on the second floor with no above neighbors, you'll also have your own front court yard space and parking is available underneath the building completely gated in to keep you and your vehicle safe. The parking area does have a overhead clearance of 6 feet 8 inches.

We do accept pets and if you are bringing one, we will reach out to collect the pet fee and deposit after you book.

Pet Deposit (Refundable) $100 per pet

Reason for deposit to not be refunded
Smell of urine
Substantial amount of hair in linens (bed sheets, blankets, towels)
Any amount of pet hair on soft surfaces (couch, chairs)
Urine stains inside or outside
Failure to clean up dog poop

~ If a guest is eligible for a pet deposit refund, the refund will be processed within 7 days of departure.

~ Any last minute booking we will require a photo of all adults Drivers License

~ Our early check in fee is $30 so we can expedite housekeeping and get you settled in by 2 pm

~ Our late check out fee is $50 per hour, 1pm is the latest we allow, anything requested past this would require you to book for an additional night

~ Our properties are cleaned and disinfected with scent-free products as well as treated with pest repellant that is non toxic
