Looking for a getaway in a small town with a great view of the mountains? You’ll find that here, in this cute and cozy little townhouse located in Franklin NC! This little Villa is inside of Mill Creek Estates, where you’re surrounded by a golf course and have a beautiful view of the Nantahala Mountain range! You’re also just ten minutes away from downtown Franklin!

This townhouse has a queen size bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower and an entire kitchen with all necessary appliances. A washer & dryer are available as well. There is plenty of room for remote working, along with a strong wifi signal and smart TV available. In the living room there is a beautiful stone fireplace with a vaulted ceiling and just outside is a patio surrounded by nature. There is an outdoor fire pit and hot tub for guests to enjoy, along with a view of the mountains!

Nice place!

This is a cute place, in a nice neighborhood, it was very clean, good communication with owners. I enjoyed the nice view of the stars one evening. Kitchen has everything you need to cook basic meals (bring your own spices, etc.). Coffee maker is a Keurig (they supplied some coffee). Place was a good size for a single or couple. They have an indoor wood burning fireplace (bring your own wood) and an outdoor firepit. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Bring your own paper towels/tissues (toilet paper and small amount of paper towels provided). Suggestion to owners: add some dawn soap to wash dishes that need to be washed by hand (there is a dishwasher). Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful location!!!

It’s an absolutely beautiful location! The villa (condo) was extremely clean & well decorated. You have a beautiful Mountain view from any place you’re sitting inside & it’s on a corner, so when outside you have an incredible view on 3 sides. The screened in patio is wonderful! The property is well lit at night. I had my 2 Labradoodles with me, it’s a beautiful place to take walks. I’d definitely stay here again without the dogs. The yard doesn’t have grass, it basically clay, dirt ,& mulch. I had a hard time getting them to go to the restroom & it was frustrating keeping their feet clean prior to coming back in the house. For that reason I wouldn’t stay there with my dogs again, but would definitely go back without them, you are close to the golf course but just out of view of any golfers, so you have your privacy. It’s a quiet neighborhood & anyone you run into is very friendly from my experience. The owner is helpful & very responsive to messages. Things you might want to bring with you…. Tissues, extra toilet paper, a pair of shoes that can get dirty that you won’t wear indoors (my extra pair came in very handy) for rainy days. I’d highly recommend this villa !!!!!
