CrossFit games stay

Came to TX to watch the CrossFit games with some friends. The manager let us check in early which was nice. We didn’t know the unit was for sale, which now makes sense why the unit was furnished the way it was. The couch/chairs in the family room weren’t comfortable or inviting. The beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in, seemed very cheap. Even the towels in the bathroom were tiny. The kitchen had absolutely nothing to help cook with, not even oil or salt and pepper. Not impressed. The owner also had a showing DURING our stay, which I thought was inappropriate. Definitely won’t stay here again. I also wouldn’t buy this unit..

We enjoyed our stay!

We liked having a garage. Very clean and bright unit. Could have used a few more towels. Washer/dryer were great. Thank you. We would stay here again.

Wonderful property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Spacious, very clean and secure home. The only concern I had was that the listing was slightly misleading when it lists the amount and sizes of beds that are available. There is one King in the master bedroom and one queen in the 2nd room. Then two twin rollaway beds in the living room. Also, the water heater is not quite big enough to complete 2 10 minute showers back to back. Neither of these concerns really impacted our stay but they could for some. We would definitely stay here again due to the wonderful security features, garage, updates, and cleanliness of this property. We loved this place!

FWSSR Exhibitors

Area/location was ok and distance to Dickie’s was reasonable. We were not there during the day as left by 9AM and returned after 8PM so can’t speak to amenities like food availability or entertainment surrounding townhouse. Check in was easy and Townhouse was very clean and updated. Beds, excluding *roll-a-ways,” were a 8 out of 10 re: comfort. While we didn’t use any of the kitchen appliances/housewares, it did appear that all were available & supplied. Fridge is state of art! Description of beds is misleading as BR 1 has a King only and BR 2 has a Queen only. The extra beds are roll-a-way beds and are located in living room on 1st floor w/ half bath. Both bedrooms have own full bath and are located on 2nd floor. Having use of garage was a big plus as parking is street side (no parking lot for townhouses) and it is first come, first serve. WiFi is listed as an amenity and info received stated login/pw were located on router under TV, however, there was no router (we checked all shelves/cabinets) to be found so no WiFi. Because we were physically there a limited amount of “wake” time, we didn’t pursue it with host; however, if planning to be there and in need of WiFi it’s something that needs to be addressed. All in all, our stay was good and would stay again.
