Luxury Lakefront in Interlochen

Summary:
Come stay in our brand new lakefront home in Interlochen! Enjoy the peace & beauty of Northern Michigan while you spend time with family/friends. Our 3 level home accomodates 6 adults + kids and is located a short walk from Interlochen State Park & minutes from the Interlochen Academy of Arts. As a separate rental, we also have a 1-bedroom rental home across the street with a full kitchen, bathroom & living room that sits on acres of forest with trails should your group require more space.

The Space:
Inside the home:
Whole home water filtration system so no smelly, foul tasting water!
The main level includes the kitchen, living area, dining area and bathroom. The living area has a stunning gas fireplace and a tv. There is a large deck with magnificent views of the lake with a grill for barbecues.
Upstairs is the master bedroom, which has beautiful views and takes up the entire third floor of the home. It has a full bathroom, sitting area and tv.
Downstairs, on the lake level, there are two bedrooms (one with a half bath and lake views) and a full bathroom and laundry area. There is also an office space for those that need to get some work done.
Outside the home:
The backyard has 2 gas fireplaces for gathering around in the evenings. There is a seasonal private dock for those that want to bring their boat/water toys.
We have 3 paddleboards and a canoe for your use. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after lake activities.

Guest Access:
Guests may access the entire home and all outdoor areas.

The Neighborhood:
It's a short walk to Interlochen State Park which has a beach, concession store, picnic shelter and kayak/boat launches. A disc golf course and pickleball courts are less than a 5 minute drive from the house as well!

Other Things to Note:
The home is not suitable for those with mobility issues as there are stairs required to reach all of the bedrooms and outdoor areas.
