気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
First of all, if you see the ad, it does not tell you that it is a Cuarteria (all bunch of rooms...) so the pool is not private and it is filthy green with lime and dirty, you can not stand inside the pool, better say, you do not want to get into that pool. The apt was never clean, the toiletries were not given properly, we had to buy our toilet paper, the soap dispenser was broken, the ad says, Queen size bed...it is a lie, it is a twin bed, and we are a couple, hardly sleep on that bed, I am glad I took my shampoo and conditioner, we stay for 5 days and never had new towels, the washing machine is an old broken one, you have to be standing next to it to push buttons so the cycle is complete, not dryer available, and very limited place to hang your clothes, and only can be used once a week, in conclusion, whatever is offered it is not received, terrible stay but we have our lesson learn, the typical Latino Viveza, why? Because you pay in advance and there is no reimbursement, you can move out but you lose your money. The two spiral stoves hardly warm up, which pushes you to go out and look for something to eat, and there are no places nearby, you have to drive for a while. Because of the cuarteria, there are no parking spots allocated, it is a headache to get your car out, I can imagine during an emergency, it will be chaos. The owner was disrespectful when treating customers, it is all because the booking was already paid, take it or leave it kind of attitude.
