From the moment you walk inside, you will immediately take notice of the living room's wood finishes, brick-lined fireplace, and wilderness-themed mementos. After a day spent skiing/snowboarding, warm your toes in front of the gas fireplace as you stream your favorite show. Steps from here, the kitchen features a full suite of appliances, a dishwasher, and ample meal prep space. Some of your favorite memories at Bijou Pines will be made at the wooden dining table, perfectly situated in front of a lovely window. Additional interior amenities you'll love include a private washer/dryer, a Pack-N-Play for the little ones, and soft quilts in each of the four bedrooms.

Outside, the private backyard is lined with trees and provides the perfect spot to enjoy morning cups of coffee and late-night stargazing.

When you aren't hosting a cookout over the gas grill, check out some of the area's popular attractions. Roughly a 15-minute walk away, you can visit Lake Tahoe and the marina. Sand Harbor, Sugar Pine Point State Park, Magic Carpet Golf, and Pope Beach are all less than 14 miles from your front door. Fabulous winter recreation opportunities can be indulged in at Heavenly Ski Resort and Village located a mile away from Ski Run Getaway! An assortment of casinos including Harrah's and Tahoe Paradise are also available nearby.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
Guests must book a 30-day stay or longer for this vacation rental.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
