Walking distance to Crescent Park at Piety St., Pizza Delicious, The Country Club, Satsuma, Red's Chinese and more. Street parking is available.

The Space:
This unit has one bedroom and one bathroom. There are three other rooms that enter onto the shared courtyard. We ask that everyone keep a pleasant neighborly vibe.

Guest Access:
There is street parking available. I ask that you park across the street or around the corner on Royal so that my neighbors can park in front of their houses.

We are 25-30 minutes from the airport and a 3 minute Uber or Lyft to the quarter. You can also walk to the quarter through Crescent Park along the river in 15-20 minutes.
