What a great place to stay while visiting Saint Simons Island. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse is in a great location. Walking distance to the Saint Simons Public Marina and to the Gascoigne Park green space with fishing dock and an 18 hole Frisbee course. Easy off the island location and only 3 miles to the pier/village area and to the beach. Redfern Village and many restaurants and shops are less than a mile away.

The Master bedroom is located on the first floor as well as an office that has two folding full size mattresses for extra guests. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. There is also a large screened in porch with sectional sofa and a back patio with gas grill and furniture.

You will love the tasteful decor and quality furniture throughout the entire townhouse. The main level has an open living and kitchen space as well as a dining table to seat 6 and 2 at the bar. The kitchen features stainless appliances, plenty of counter space and beautiful deep sink, making for a pleasant cooking space. Lots of seating in the family room and a large Smart TV for watching a family movie.

The second level features 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath off the hallway. One of the upstairs bedrooms comes equipped with 2 queen beds and the other has 1 queen bed.

If all of that isn't enough, you will find a large swimming pools that serves the complex. There is absolutely no reason not to be staying at 1103 Mariner's Landing. You'll be glad you did.
