All dogs are accepted in this stunning townhome located in the heart of St. Simons Island's hub of restaurants, entertainment, shopping and the beaches. With this home's prime location it is assured to be an extraordinary vacation. Whether you’re a Snowbird or large family this is the perfect getaway for you.
This oasis has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and includes lush landscaping, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances as well as a 1 car garage with driveway parking and a beautiful community pool.
Smart TV’s are in every room of the house with Streaming.
You are walking distance of shopping, Resturant’s and grocery store.
3 miles from the Beach.
3 miles from the Pier where they’re more restaurants and shopping.
1 mile from the inlet for a great fishing
Beach chairs and towels are available.

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was great and the house was perfect for my family stay. Had a couple of small issues with the WiFi and how to lock the front door but we messaged Jennifer the property manager and she was quick to respond and very helpful. Would def stay again.

Everything was exactly as described! We had a wonderful experience with no complaints or issues! The host, Jennifer, is/was amazing with communication, the house is in a great location to everything, it was very clean, and although we didn’t take our dog this time we saw that everything you need is there for your pet. We would 100% book again.

We stayed at this townhouse for Thanksgiving. We brought items that we never used because the house had Everything we needed!!! The Beds slept Very Good!!! My sister did Not want to leave and kept saying, we have Got to come back here.

Wow, this place is wonderful! The kitchen is huge for a rental with plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. The family room is very comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms are nice and set up for a friend's trip or a families vacation. The location is wonderful as well a lot of things close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful townhouse, extremely comfortable bed . We felt just as comfortable there as we do in our own home. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Very kind people. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend.

This house has everything you need for a wonderful stay on St. Simons! It is in a great location. The owner was so sweet, thoughtful and the house is stocked! Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and everything in the kitchen needed to feel at home! We will definitely be booking again with Jennifer.

Birthday/Engagement trip

This was the first place we able to stay together with the whole new family. This was a birthday/engagement trip for my new fiance. She said yes btw. Thank y'all for such an amazing, beautiful, perfect place to stay at the beginning of our trip!!! We will be back for sure!!!

Property is accurately described and in a great location. Nothing to complain about here - comfy beds, plenty of blankets and towels, condo was clean and ready to use. Fans in the rooms and the ability to actually keep the rooms dark to sleep in helped to recover from long days at the beach. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Quiet Spot

Excellent stay at the townhouse that was Quiet and clean with a well stocked kitchen. Central and Close to all places on the island. Neighborhood has a pool, but we did not use it and easy walking the dog.
