ABOUT THE PROPERTY: With wall-to-wall east-facing windows and gathering spaces, a capacious first floor deck big enough to comfortably fit all guests, a private deck off the master bedroom, a deck off the game room, and a fourth deck over the lake, you have unrivaled views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

This 4-season vacation home has 3,400+ square feet of finished space to accommodate large groups, and all the amenities to ensure your stay is comfortable. Inside, this property has two large bedrooms (both with deck access), a third bunk room that sleeps four, gorgeous gathering spaces on both floors, and a sizable game room (with TV, pool/ping pong table, foosball table, and plenty of games) for recreating or hosting large meals. The kitchen is large and open with lake views. Fireplace in the living room for cozy evenings. There are full bathrooms on both floors (2 total), plus a washer & dryer.

Each season here has something to offer.

SUMMER: Swim, fish, recreate in Newfound Lake's pristine, crystal clear water. There is a long aluminum dock to park your lawn chair or boat (BYO!) plus a large deck overhanging the water. Kayaks, SUPs, floats, and various lifejackets provided.

WINTER: Less than 20 miles to Ragged Mountain Resort and less than 10 miles to Tenney Mountain Resort, a newly revitalized mountain in Plymouth, NH. Close proximity to snowmobile and snowshoeing trails. Ice fish out your front door (ice fishing gear is available for guest use). Plus, the large east-facing windows = sunny warmth and vitamin D on cold winter days.

FALL/SPRING: Take advantage of those blue sky fall days, and last vestiges of summer at the lake! And you can't beat leaf peeping season with the fall foliage mountain views. Spring here is a great escape with floor-to-ceiling windows that help you get through the spring doldrums.
