Loud cooling towers

There wasn't a picture posted from the living room windows to show the 3 really loud cooling tower fans running outside. If you sit on the deck you can barely talk to the person near to you because they are so loud. The owner knows the furniture has scrapes all on it and is old. The king bed was comfortable. I wouldn't stay in this particular condo again because of the location on the back of the propane the loud noise outside.

Annual Vacation

We love this place. The quiet, clean friendly spot for our annual trip to destin is perfect. We would love to come down again and try to stay in the exact room next year and later this year.

Great Place - Great Communication with Property Manager

Place was great, had a mechanical issue, but the Property Manager was great and worked to get the problem fixed. Very clean, this side of the complex was great, had view of the ocean. Location is phenomenal, nice pool and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Would certainly stay again and hope to in the future.

6407 was a wonderful stay !

We really enjoyed our visit. Everything was very nice and relaxing. Cleanliness was top notch. Sharon Young was overseeing the property and was very helpful and informative. The process of checking in and out was a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Vacay

The unit itself was fine but they need to update several things. Pull out couch matress horrible. Need a new blanket for pull out couch. Beach chairs and umbrella could be updated.Handle broken on dryer. All easy fixes.

Not bad at all

The wife and I stayed here for a quick getaway. Everything was great. The condo looks just as it does in the pictures. It was clean and the host was very accommodating. Great pool scene. I will be staying here again. No problems at all!

Nice property but need regular pillows

Enjoyed staying at the property. It’s not on the beach but you have some view of the Gulf. The one thing that bothered me were the pillows which were half the size of a standard pillow. We took the extra mini-pillows out of the trunk and used those but not as comfortable as a regular size pillow. The bed and bedding were comfortable. For check in process I found it difficult to find the door and gate codes which were within the body of the document that included instructions. The property manager was prompt to respond and assist with it.

Luau 1

The balcony was dirty— hand rails need painting badly. Room was clean but dishes were dirty. Handle on dryer kept coming off. Addressed with Sharon, who was most helpful. Cox cable was prompt in fixing bedroom tv. Suggestion: have a couple of plastic bowls for popcorn/chips.

A bit of a didappointment

This property was clean , but it was certainly not up to the standards of the Luau condo we rented four years ago. The property is tired looking and has not been updated in an attractive way. The little touches that make a guest feel comfortable , let alone pampered are just not there. We had to buy so many small necessities like salt and pepper, garbage bags, kitchen towels,and potholders. The pots were old and needed to be replaced We spent a lot of time washing dishes in the sink because we were only given one packet of dishwasher detergent. On a positive note , the pool is beautiful. The grounds are well kept. The proximity to the beach is excellent . We really enjoyed access to Bayside Wharf We will come back.

Clean and spacious

We loved this property!! Plenty of room, comfy bed, great view of ocean. Owners were quick to respond when we had questions! Pool for this property is amazing!! Will book again!

Fun

It was a nice weekend getaway, but the property honestly needs some renovations and upkeeping. The room we booked had multiple things not working, or missing. Didn't spend much time in the room, but it did have some minor issues. Other than that, had a great time.

Quiet

If you are looking for a place that is quiet, convenient and close to everything look no further. This place was nice. Short walk to the beach, tiki bar by the pool and entertainment close by.

Need more instructions for unit

The unit was clean and big enough for just us 2. The draw backs were cooking utensils lacking like a skillet with burned on food. Had been put thru dishwasher but unable to use until I scrubbed it! Also little cabinet space to store food items. Location good for most shopping/activities. Also would have been nice to know how outlets worked unit lamps!

Awesome condo!

Perfect condo for my family! Having a full refrigerator, stove AND washer and dryer in the condo made our stay so much easier! The information sheet with directions, all codes and combinations were so helpful! Beautiful pool and steps from the beach! Would love to rent this condo again next summer!! Thanks for a great experience!

Perfect place to stay

This place was just perfect for our vacation. Had everything we needed. Grills, beach toys and amenities and an awesome pool. Communication was great with the host as well.
