[Rest,] Myeongdong/Chungmuro/bidet/water purifier/high rise

“Rest,” is a newly built residence in the center of Seoul in 2022. It is a cozy and comfortable space that is not noisy but has excellent accessibility as you can use 3 subway lines within a 3-minute walk.

- City bus stop right in front of the accommodation
- 15 minutes walk from Myeongdong Street


- Accommodation is 21~22㎡ in size.
- This studio-style accommodation has a bedroom, living room, and small kitchen. (Cooking available)
- There is a table on the balcony separated by a glass window, so you can eat and work.
- Ceiling air conditioning and floor heating are available.
- Free luggage storage available on the day of check-in and check-out (location will be notified upon confirmation of reservation).
- Check-out time can be extended until 1 p.m. and is a paid service.
- Early check-in is free, but may not be provided depending on the cleaning schedule on the day.
Early check-in is not provided on Saturdays and Sundays.

- Two elevators are in operation.
- There is a currency exchange kiosk on the 1st floor.
- Building B1F paid gym (15,000 won for the month of application / payment is only possible during weekday business hours) / coin wash / unmanned delivery box available.
- A convenience store, restaurant, and dessert shop are located on the 1st floor.
- The Hanok Village is an 8-10 minute walk.
- There are many cafes/restaurants nearby.
- Equipped with hotel-style bedding and modern interior.
- Cooking and laundry are possible in the accommodation, and there is a Euro coin dryer on the first basement floor.
- Free WIFI, you can watch Netflix/YouTube (personal account) on a 34-43 inch smart TV.



1. Double size bed: Equipped with a comfortable bed frame and mattress. It is clean with hotel-style bedding.
2. Sofa bed: The backrest is foldable, so it can be used as a sofa under normal circumstances.
**** When making a reservation for 3 people, bedding for the sofa bed is provided free of charge./ When making a reservation for 2 people, a separate fee will be charged for bedding for the sofa bed.****
3. TV: You can watch various cable channels and YouTube/Netflix (using personal account)./Free WIFI is provided and is also suitable for work users.
4. Wardrobe: The size of the storage closet makes it easy to store suitcases. A drying rack is provided.
5. Table: Good for eating or doing personal work.
6. Bathroom: Separated from the shower room by a glass door. Toothbrush, toothpaste (pumped), soap, hand sanitizer, cotton swabs, cotton pads, shampoo, treatment, and body wash are provided. (No shower ball or foam cleansing.)
7. Bathroom storage cabinet (push the mirror storage cabinet above the sink to the side): Towels, extra toilet paper rolls, and dryer.
8. Refrigerator/Freezer: Two bottles of water are provided free of charge.
9. Kitchen: There are wine glasses, soju glasses, mugs, pots, frying pans, cutlery, kitchen scissors, various cooking utensils, induction stove, microwave, electric kettle, salt, sugar, and pepper.
10. Washing machine: This is a washing machine without a drying function. A paid dryer is available on the B1 floor.
11. Shoe cabinet (storage cabinet opposite the full-length mirror): There are indoor shoes and laundry/cleaning supplies so you can use them freely.
12. Vacuum cleaner, iron, curling iron, global adapter, portable scale: available upon request. Please make a request on the day of check-in. (Depending on the request situation, it may not be available due to out of stock)


- Food delivery and personal items can be delivered to the accommodation, but please order after checking in. It is difficult to store products that arrive in advance.
- Guests are responsible for disposing of trash themselves. There is a garbage disposal site at the entrance on the first floor.
- Pay-as-you-go bags are provided on a per bag/3 night basis. Separate recycling bags are not provided. Please separate waste disposal on the 1st floor.
- Cleansing foam and shower towels are not provided.
- Events and parties are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the accommodation building, and pets are not allowed.
-There is a washing machine in the accommodation. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided. (The dryer is a paid facility on the B1 floor)
- When parking within the accommodation, only mechanical parking is allowed, and SUVs and RVs are not permitted.
- Parking ticket purchases are only available on weekdays. If you are planning to check in on a weekend, please make a purchase request in advance. You can calculate hourly rates even without a parking ticket.
- Reservation changes are only possible up to 7 days before the check-in date.
- Please check the refund policy when canceling a reservation. A strict fee policy is in effect.
