Just 100 yds from Agate beach surfing and in a quiet dead end street with very little traffic. This home is a beautiful 3 BR that would cost $2K/week if Newport didn't have short term limitations on rentals. Come for a break from the sticky city life to a beautiful beach retreat.
Great location and house has a 2 car garage!
All updated appliances and world class furnishings. A dream escape from the city for a month.
The space
3 BR, 2 BA. Master on first floor has private bath and the two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom with a jack and jill door entry.
The back patio is a beautiful place to eat dinner and read a nice book. The music room is perfect for releasing and playing some classic records or the piano/guitars.
