A lovey cozy home with a wonderful view of the ocean. The home is right next to the Nye Beach access and downtown restaurants. This home has all you'd need for a peaceful stay at the coast.

Location, location, location. Right on the waterfront. Great view. We walked 3 minutes or less to several great restaurants, shops, and a bakery. Hosts were accommodating andhelpful.The house has great personality.

The house was amazing! We loved the location, view, how clean and very welcoming the place is. It's a historic house that you can sit back and imagine when it was the only house around and what it was like back then. The host was magnificent, easy to communicate with and truly wanted us to enjoy our time, which we did! We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

10/10 for the view! This home.. felt like home with a million dollar view. We were fortunate enough to see sea lions right out the window facing the ocean. It was a quaint and homey little places, while we were there, we honestly had every thing we needed. Down to wine openers, and a large option of retro movies! We will hopefully stay here many more times in the years to come while visiting our daughter in Newport! Thank you Jim and Lana for being amazing hosts and answering every single question or concern we had, and so quickly.

I thought the property was cool however it is right next to a hotel and the views include lots of other buildings. I was disappointed with the location and the cleanliness of the place. We washed the windows ourselves because they were so dirty. I wish I could have known the location better before booking.

Sorry you booked the wrong location. As described we're in the heart of Historic District just steps from Nye Beach and all its shops and dining. Precisely why our guests book there. Our street view photo even shows the hotel next door, so perhaps you thought you were booking a different location you were looking at. Great location. Great view. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. A short walk to the beach. I would love to watch the king tides from this location. Hosts were helpful when needed. Parking was easy during our stay. We would love to stay here again if/when we come back to Newport.

Great location and beautiful view

This was a fun house to stay in with a beautiful ocean view. There was easy beach access and lots of things to walk to. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Newport.

Well located with comfy rockers set in front of the ocean-facing picture window. (Window shades would be appreciated on sunny days.) Three bedrooms upstairs share a bath. Full bath downstairs with sitting room, den and kitchen dining area. The view is the huge draw with this house. And right in Nye Beach.

Perfect Home and Perfect Location

This was our first trip since welcoming our daughter (now 8 months old), and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The home was incredibly comfortable, well-appointed, had amazing views and had everything we needed. We loved how easy it was to walk to the water and explore Nye Beach’s charming downtown. We’ll definitely be looking to stay here again!

The house was big and beautiful, clean, quiet neighborhood. We were lucky and was able to park in front of the house a lot, but the few times someone else was parked there we were able to find a close parking spot. The stairs up to the bedrooms is a bit steep, but wasnt an issue for us, but if you dont handle stairs well i wouldnt recommend. Great beach view and easy access to the beach right around the corner. But to be clear you CANNOT access the beach from the property, you have to walk a tiny bit to get to the beach, on that walk we met a friendly cat! I would recommend this beach house.

Wonderful Location

The house was perfect for our family. We loved the view of the crashing waves, the easy walks and drives to delicious dining options, and the fact that the house had everything we needed to comfortably hang out together, get a good sleep, and get up and do it again the next day!
