The house is in Palm Bay Point, it is a little peninsula just 6 minutes from Downtown Melbourne, which is a beautiful and vibrant old town on the Space Coast. The area where the house is located offers many fun options; there is something for everyone! In our house/your house, people can enjoy of outdoor activities, such as fishing from the house's pier, boating from the water's shore that bathing the yard of the house by Turkey Creek, surfing in the beautiful beaches of Melbourne Island, to cultural events close to the beach and/or in the nice and old Melbourne Downtown. Many parks, stores, restaurants, and bars/grills waterfront there are plenty of ways to stay entertained. In addition, the house has easy access to nearby cities and places like Orlando, Downtown Titusville, Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, and other attractive places. Even though, many fun and vibrant options are around the area; Palm Bay Point- a little peninsula- is an ideal spot for anyone looking for a relaxing lifestyle close to urban amenities.

This home has it all!

Our family came together at the Pelican House for our daughter’s masters grad ceremony. This home was beautiful- the decor, quality of towels, sheets and amenities was impeccable. We saw dolphins, manatee, snook, redfish, even watched the Falcon X take off from the dock (a distance viewing but you could feel the rumble) and saw the Blue Angels fly at a local air show. The host allowed use of their kayaks and paddleboat- which made for a perfect vacation. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful locarion

House is beautiful. Scenery is even better. We were only there for 2 days but place is immaculate. Everything is very comfortable. Owner is very nice and easy to get along with. Highly recommended

Above and Beyond

This experience was at the top of our all time VRBO experiences! They had absolutely everything anyone would need, the house and property is very well taken care of and clean and ultimately just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy family. The kayaks were a total plus and getting to experience kayaking with dolphins right outside your door is amazing! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
