Planning your next beach vacay and need a place to stay? Look no further than Mainsail 146. This corner condo unit is bright, colorful, and relaxing. Perched on the fourth floor of the Mainsail complex, it offers great beach vistas, a breezy balcony with a view, and restful accommodations. With three bedrooms and three baths, it can host up to nine beachgoers. It’s great for family vacations, trips with friends, and any other occasion!

Mainsail 146 features an open layout that incorporates the living room, dining room, and kitchen into one large gathering area. Tile flooring extends throughout, and vibrant sea art adorns the walls. Pops of sea blues and bright yellows add a fun flair. The living room features two green-and-blue striped couches and two blue armchairs. This colorful seating ensemble encircles a white coffee table, creating a laidback spot for enjoying a drink and chatting with your fellow guests. The setup also faces a large white entertainment center that houses a flatscreen TV. With a floor-to-ceiling window and sliding glass doors in the corner, it overlooks the glittering Gulf nearby. Step through the doors onto a furnished balcony, where you can bask in coastal breezes and stunning views. Back inside, the dining area is situated between the living room and kitchen. Here, you will find a white table and seating for eight. Two additional chairs are provided if extra seating is needed. There are four saddle-topped stools at the adjacent kitchen bar, as well. The kitchen has everything you need to serve up tasty appetizers, delicious meals, or refreshing drinks. It features white cabinetry, walls of pale blue, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

Each of the bedrooms is carpeted, well-appointed, and cozy. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, white furnishings, navy-blue accent décor, two reading chairs, and a TV. A set of doors opens onto the balcony. It has an ensuite bath with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen-size bed, a white cottage-style dresser and furniture, a wicker chair, and a sunny window. It also has its own private bath. The other guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin trundle. The room has access to a hall bath with a walk-in shower.

When you stay at the Mainsail, be prepared to take advantage of all the amenities the condo complex offers. A Gulf-side swimming pool with a surrounding sundeck is the perfect place to relax, sunbathe, or swim. It includes a kids’ pool and a hot tub. BBQ grills provide an easy way to grill up a fun surf n’ turf meal to enjoy by the pool. Other amenities include an onsite fitness center, arcade room, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. The beach is less than a one-minute walk from the property to the crystalline sands. As a Mainsail guest, you’ll get free seasonal beach service, where an umbrella and chairs will be set up for you on the beach.

As if that weren’t enough, the Mainsail complex is conveniently located. Restaurants like Pompano Joe’s, The Whale’s Tail, and Surf Hut are only a few minutes away. Sandestin’s retail hub, Grand Boulevard, offers an upscale shopping and dining experience. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a vibrant entertainment center with amazing restaurants, bars, family-friendly activities, events and festivals, fireworks shows, live music, and more. If you still need a shopping fix, Silver Sands Premium Outlets is less than a mile away and has a wide range of discount designer stores.
