About this space
Tucked back in the peaceful neighborhood of University Heights, this home includes a lusciously landscaped yard with a:
- Pool
-Hottub
- BBQ
-Outdoor patio furniture
Perfect for both families and professionals, our property also offers the ultimate in convenience:
- Acclaimed restaurants and cafes are just minutes away
- Close to the Airport, Zoo, Balboa Park, and Downtown
- Close to many world-class beaches
The space
This is a spacious house with amazing decor. It is more like a 4 bedroom because the office does have a sofa pull out bed.
If you are interested in renting out the other two homes on the property they are called "Cozy University Heights Cottage" and "Colorful, Vibrant Studio Home".
We also have an amazing 1/2 mile a way called "A Private Gated Estate"
Other things to note
Only the hot tub is heated, and only heated on demand. It takes 30-45 minutes for the hot tub to heat up each time. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. There is no lifeguard on duty. The pool is a shared space. ALL 3 HOMES on the property will have access to the pool area and BBQ.
