The large and beautiful lanai includes the swimming pool, that is private, with ample room for lounges, relaxing and beautiful lanai furniture including tables, chairs, and comfortable swivels. All of this is under a brand new lanai/pool enclosure, with panoramic views to the brand new dock with Tiki Hut, canal and beautiful homes across the canal. Villa Kokomo has a southern exposure, is very inviting and welcoming. You always get the sun, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
