Located in the heart of a residential block, the apartment benefits from exceptional calm.

On the ground floor, a large 860 sqf open space offers the following areas: a spacious living room with large sofas, a dining room with two dining tables, and an attractive open kitchen, fully furnished and equipped.

All the appliances are modern and easy to use and is ideal for big groups and families!
Also on this level is a large bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower and an additional bathtub, separate toilet, and a laundry area with washer and dryer.
Two areas with sofas offer the following sleeping arrangements: convertible double bed, and 2 single bed for one person.
On the second floor there are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen-size and one with a double size bed, with storage space.
All rooms are decorated with great taste and colorful touches, all of them with plenty of natural light and great views over the garden!

The apartment has a capacity for up to 10 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen size bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 Individual beds can be 1 Double bed
- Living room: double sofa bed + 2 single sofa bed

Welcome to our amazing loft apartment, located downtown n the 11th district, near Belleville, Ménilmontant, and Oberkampf, which is full of cafes, restaurants, concert halls and nightclubs.
The location is perfect for those traveling with children and friends.
We are very close to the Marais district (12 minutes walk), in a lively, friendly neighborhood.
Easy access to every Olympic sites as it is close to five Metro stations: Couronnes, Bellville, Ménilmontant, Parmentier, Oberkampf.

HOUSE RULES

1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (shared patio).
4. No smoking on interior areas (allowed in external patio).
5. If the garbage bin is full, please take it in the bulding dumpster at the entrance.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.

Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
