Welcome to Casa Coronado! A mid century modern space near Old Town Scottsdale within minutes from: highly rated restaurants/bars, golf, ASU, hiking, sports, and world class shopping.
At the house: you'll be able to enjoy the outdoor games, putting green and a relaxing fire pit. If you have work to do, this home has a dedicated office and high speed internet.
This newly renovated 3 bedroom/3 bathroom open floor plan home is over 2,400 sqft.
The mid century modern furnishings give the atmosphere a clean, minimalistic / cozy vibe. You'll be able to enjoy indoor and outdoor games, be the chef in the kitchen, or veg out after a night on the town. This is the perfect place for your next trip to Scottsdale.
You’ll have the entire home. This includes the 2 car garage and backyard. Guests access the home using their custom door code, which will be provided 24 hours prior to check-in.

This neighborhood is in an ideal location. Just over a mile south of old town / north of tempe. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and peaceful. Tons of amenities all around this neighborhood has well.

The house itself is a fantastic rental property, its open concept (2,400sqft) with the living / common area all opening to the backyard. The house has three bedrooms (two master suites) and three bathrooms. The backyard is resort style featuring a putting green, fire pit, outdoor tv, outdoor eating, and a large turf area for yard games.
