Southern Comfort 2 at Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort

One side of a duplex, Southern Comfort 2 offers great views of the ski hill along the Alpen Trail. Access to Lift #1 along the Alpen Trail from the backyard. 3 bedrooms occupy the lower level, 2 with queen beds and one with 2 twin beds. The fourth bedroom is located on the upper level with a queen bed and there is also a loft with 3 twin beds. Perfect for several couples or a larger family. The living room has a free standing wood burning fireplace and access to the deck from a patio door in the upstairs living room. There is a shared outdoor hot tub on the patio and a gas grill on the deck. The hot tub is *WINTER ONLY*. WIFI and TV essentials (Firestick) available throughout the unit. Pets are not allowed in this unit. Rent both Southern Comfort 1 & 2 if more space is needed. Between the two units there will then be 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms available.

34th Annual Ski OFSC Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is very nice, plenty of room for a large group. Would be nice to have cable or a dish, and a DVD player that actually works. All in all, we would stay in this unit again.

Nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice. Bring paper or cardboard to start the fire. The wood is good just take a while to get it going. We had a problem with maintenance taking beer and seltzers off the porch and throwing it away. Be sure to keep everything you want on the back deck. We also had them take our son’s snowboard bag thinking that was garbage too! Katie in lodging did help us with replacing the beer and seltzers. One of the condos had an issue with electricity in one of the bedrooms and hot tub but Katie also was very helpful with getting that taken care of. One suggestion, bring your own toilet paper, they have the cheapest kind you can buy! Overall everything was good, we’re booked for next year 😊Katie was super helpful with everything we needed!
