Great location and nice place

We had a last-minute cancelation on our original reservation elsewhere and greatly appreciated Big Powderhorn Mtn Resort being able to accommodate us! As it turned out, this was a much better fit for our needs. The rental unit was just fine for 3 (I slept on a comfy couch). Everything we needed was there: basic dishes, microwave, coffeemaker, towels, bedding, extra blankets. The unit also had an excellent balcony for morning coffee - and we had quite a thunderstorm one night. Very nice to watch the storm over the dark hills. Location is excellent! Close to town, yet out in the countryside, and not a far drive from the waterfall road or from Little Girl’s Point. I hope to stay here again sometime!
