Beautiful house.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were close to everything. The house was very clean and well appointed.

Nice Property, few plates/towels

Plenty of space for our 4 adults and 2 kids. PS5 was hit with grandpa and grandson, additional TVs used to stream for the rest of the family. One soft matress, two hard matresses. Limited plates (4), and bath towels (4) and bath washcloths (2) was insufficient for our group of 6; luckily we stayed just one night (less than 24 hours) and had just a two hour drive home - a longer stay and these limitations would have been a bigger issue. Nice pans for cooking, dish and hand soap provided. Extremely cold inside when we arrived, heat had not been on at all, and took several hours to warm up. Fairly close proximity to grocery stores. I would stay here again.

Beautiful House, very cozy

Upon arrival we had an issue with the key code given to us. I called the property manager and he immediately came over to get us in the house. Due to a series of unfortunate events, it did take a while to get in, but the manager was friendly and did everything he could to get us in as fast as possible. Once inside the house is beautiful. The kids loved the X box, the kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with cookware, the bedrooms were very comfortable, and the bathrooms are obviously updated. If i could make any recommendations, I'd ask that the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and spare towels. It wasn't a big problem for us since we stayed only one night, but i would've wanted those items for a longer stay. We will absolutely rent this house the next time we are in the area.

5th street stay

We were 5 adults who stayed 5 nights at the 5th street house. The house was very clean and recently remodeled. It had all new high end appliances: range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, tvs. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans as well as seasonings, coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, ziploc bags, aluminum foil, paper towels, etc. The house also supplied Tide pods, toilet paper, hand soap, and one hair dryer. There are a couple of areas that need improvement. First: There were only 4 bath towels and 2 wash cloths for five adults. Because another review indicated a shortage of towels, I messaged the host ahead of time and reminded him that we would need an adequate supply of towels. I also asked if there would be a hair dryer in the house. He did not respond to either of these messages. Second: The only pillows were the six pillows in the decorative pillow throws. We had to remove the pillows from the throws and search for pillowcases. The house sleeps 7; not sure what the 7th person is supposed to do for a pillow. On that note, the back of the sofa folds down to accommodate a 7th person. It is very uncomfortable with a metal bar in the middle. These two negatives are easy to fix. I hope the host addresses them soon.
