Great Room/Location

We booked to go snow skiing. The room is walking distance to the gondola which made getting on and off the mountain so easy with kids. The kitchen had every kind of utensil or pot and pan we needed. Very spacious and a big dining room table we could all sit around. Great clean place!

Pretty good overall

Stayed for an extra long weekend recently. The condo is very good from a space perspective. There were 8 of us, 2 families, with 2 adults and 2 kids each. Everyone had their own bed to sleep in and plenty of bathrooms to go around. The shower's in the big bedrooms were great, good water pressure, stayed hot even if we were all showering around the same time, etc. The common area is spacious and has plenty of seating for everyone at the same time. There were some blankets in the spare closet that the kids enjoyed wrapping up in at the end of a long day and the fireplace added a nice little bit of ambience. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed for cooking our meals, coffee, toaster, pots/pans, etc. The pool is easily accessible and has a slide that the kids loved. There are 2 hot tubs, a family and adult only. The adult only was noticeably warmer if that matters to anyone. The walk to the gondola is only 6-7 minutes which was nice with the littles. Keystone town area is only 10 minutes and there are plenty of food and shopping options. There are many positives to this place. A few things that weren't as great. The washer/dryer work but aren't fully functional. The washing machine only runs hot water through the unit and the dryer needs to be run at high heat in order to get your clothes dry. One of the sinks in the master bedroom leaked and had to be shut off, so not fully functional there. There is a major construction project right outside the building, which we were aware of, but they start construction early in the morning and it is loud. It's also shut down the quickest access to the gondola. Oh, and the workout room, while functional, isn't going to be the best option to get a workout in...unless you like to be on display while working out. So, I'd give this place heavy consideration again if we return to Keystone. The pluses outweigh the negatives by far and it's a nice place for a big group to call home for a few days.

Beautiful villa, lousy construction

The Villa was wonderful; however we were not informed about the massive construction project right outside our windows. Noisy & dusty, it made it difficult to walk into the village and woke us up very early. Otherwise a great stay.

Great for friends trip!

We spent a weekend here for our annual friends' ski trip and everyone loved it! Incredibly spacious for a River Run condo and a great location. The beds were very comfortable for five grown men. The washer/dryer in the condo was a huge convenience. We would gladly stay here again next time we come to Keystone!

Great Family Vacation Property

This is a really large property that accommodates a large family w room for the kids and adults. It has a full size washer and dryer in the unit which was priceless. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal and frankly all our meals. The Springs is very family oriented so our kiddos made friends and loved the playroom and pool table when they were not on the slopes. There is construction next door which limited the access over the bridge to the gondola… we were able to walk around but not as convenient as we hoped.

8890 The Springs

We had a wonderful visit at 8890 The Springs. It had a nice set up that was perfect for 2 families with kids, including a large common area and a table big enough for us all to eat around. The kids enjoyed the pool and the Legos/cards/games/DVDs in the condo were a nice touch. It was a wonderful location to ski school and the gondola. I wish the water pressure in the kitchen sink was a little better but thankfully it was not a concern with the showers. The Springs fitness room was nice as well but it could have used a few more matts and free weights. Overall the stay was great and we are already planning to book the same unit for next year.

8890 The Springs

We stayed at 8890 The Springs over spring break and had a great time! It was the perfect layout for 2 families with a large common area containing a dining table big enough for all 8 of us and friends. The Legos/cards/games were a nice touch. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was not very good but thankfully that wasn't a concern with the showers! It was very convenient to ski school and gondola! The pool was great and the kids had a blast swimming. We liked the work out area but it would have been helpful to have some matts and more free weights available for use. Overall we had a great time and plan to return again next year!

Very nice unit and the location is perfect for being close to wedding venue.

Property overall was very nice. Only issue was we had 2 room keys for 8 people, which was an issue. Number one problem we experienced is no water pressure. So even though you have 4 bathrooms....only one shower at a time....so for 8 people you have to allow lots of time.

Work Retreat

We brought our team up for a work retreat and this condo was perfect. We had five people total and there was plenty of space. With COVID, we were able to spend much of our time working, cooking and hanging out in the condo. We would stay here again.

Spring Break

Great condo with a great location. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again. Only one issue and thats the parking situation. With a condo of this size I would think two parking permits should be provided.

Comfortable & convenient condo

We’ve stayed in The Springs many times so we already know the close proximity to the gondola and amenities. This was the nicest unit by far we’ve stayed in and perfect for our group of two families - 4 adults and 5 kids. Everyone was comfortable and we all had a great stay!! We would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Property was comfortable and nicely situated for slopes and food

Went with four buddies and had incredible time skiing and chilling at Keystone. This is a pretty low-key resort, good for us as we were there to ski and relax but not party. Condo is comfortable, convenient. We liked the hot tubs, cafes nearby. Management pretty helpful. Had a great time.

Cozy, relaxing home!

We enjoyed this condo in June and loved the location (right next to the Gondola), the layout, (perfect for a large family) and extras - corner unit with lots of light, next to a stream for great background sounds and a well equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was here, and SkyRun did a great job managing the property. Looking forward to staying here again.

Large Unit

The condo was cozy. Kitchen seemed well stocked. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but plenty of pillows and blankets. Showers could definitely use new shower heads. Although the unit is a little dated, it is very comfortable. Also, the fan in master bedroom over toilet would leak water for about 3 to 4 minutes onto you then would stop. One other thing that might be considered is to see if this unit could have 2 ski lockers since this unit is a 4 bedroom and sleeps 8. Don't let this discourage you from renting. It is a nice unit.

Nice stay for our large family

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. Kids liked the Legos and pool access. Beds were comfortable, nice linens, great views, everything you need for a nice stay. Only criticism is small trash can for 10 people.

Location location location - spectacular condo!

Our group was a party of 3 couples attending a wedding at Keystone. Everyone loved the condo. It was nicely appointed, comfortable bedding and well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend this condo. The location is right next to the lift and the views are breathtaking. This is a wonderful condo.

Wonderful weekend

The owner has recently remodeled and the additions make it even better of a place then it was before. We have stayed in the unit 3 times now and greatly appreciate how well kept it is . The new floors and countertops look great. This unit is perfect for our growing family to use, everyone has their own space. The view is one of a kind. Thanks for making our trip wonderful as you always do.
