Important things to know:
*Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
**Registered guest occupying the condo must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit or debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
***Absolutely no pets. The complex requires ALL service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. The complex will not accept emotional support animals as they are not considered service animals under Florida law protecting lodging establishments.
***Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping in the condo will result in a $1000 fine.
*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. There are no exceptions to this policy. We do require parties with a large number of under 25 years of age members to physically check-in at our office with ID and the card on file. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends or family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
