The Space:
This spacious 4-bedroom home in the beautiful Blue River area is filled with classic cabin charm and modern amenities providing all you need for a comfortable stay. The home's 4 bedrooms are spread out across 3 levels of living space, with an updated ground-floor bonus room providing additional sleeping space, the home has room for up to 10 guests to enjoy a mountain escape together!

Enter the home via the attached garage where you will first come to a large mud room with ample locker-style cabinets offering a comfortable place to store your outdoor gear. On one end of the mud room you will find a stacked washer and dryer, and on the other side of the room is a Peloton bike so you can still get in your rides during your stay! From the mud room make your way up the stairs to the second floor where you will find the main living space.

The main level of the home features a living room, kitchen, and dining room, with high-vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams, soaring floor-to-ceiling windows, and views all around. Enjoy connecting with loved ones in the beautiful living room where you will find plush furnishings situated around an impressive floor-to-ceiling stone hearth that features a wood-burning fireplace. Kick back and enjoy movie nights in this inviting area, or connect with loved ones while enjoying the beautiful views over the surrounding nature from the soaring windows. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, a gourmet space perfect for cooking for a crowd! The chefs in your group will love preparing meals in this beautiful room which features granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances including a Viking cooking range and 2 dishwashers, and a wide range of cookware. Rounding out this great kitchen is a kitchen island with 3 bar stools providing additional seating space for your group. Off of the kitchen is the dining room where you will find a round table with seating for 9. The dining room includes a sitting area with 4 armchairs making for a cozy space to enjoy after-dinner chats and a half-bathroom is conveniently located between the kitchen and dining room. Several French glass doors are found in the dining room and living room, all of which open up to the upper-floor deck and bring in an abundance of natural light. Step outside and enjoy the spacious deck where you will find patio chairs so you can sit back and enjoy the stunning views, string lighting creating a warm ambiance to the outdoor space, and a private hot tub perfect for easing sore muscles while you take in the fresh mountain air.

Back inside you will find a staircase in the living room that will take you up to the master suite. A quiet and private space, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, a cozy reading chair, and a luxurious attached bathroom. Freshen up before bed in the master bathroom where you will find 2 separate sinks, one in the room with the toilet, and a second single-sink vanity in the room with the bathtub and a standing shower that can be used as a steam shower. Back down on the main living level, you will find additional bedrooms. The main floor bedrooms boast king-size beds, Victorian-era style single-sink vanities, and include a Jack-n-Jill style bathroom connecting the rooms where you will find a toilet and a shower. The third bedroom also features a king-size bed and includes a private attached bathroom with a shower.

Make your way down to the ground floor where you will find a dynamic bonus room with everything from a couch and a TV, a kitchenette, and ample sleeping space with a twin-over-twin bunk bed AND a queen-size bed. This dynamic room is set up for whatever your group may need, extra sleeping room, entertaining space, a quiet hang-out room, this area is perfect for it all! Located on the other side of the ground floor, is another dynamic area with efficient use of its space with a king-size bed AND a twin-over-queen bunk bed. A shared full bathroom connects to both the bonus room and the ground-floor bedroom and features a single-sink vanity and a standing glass shower stall with glass doors.

A short drive will take you to the Crystal Lakes or Spruce Creek Trail - which takes you to Continental Falls and Mohawk Lake. In the winter months, you can hit the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort - less than 10 minutes away from this stunning home. The serene area is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway for families and friends, all while being just a short drive to downtown Breck. Once in Breck hop onto the Main Street Trolley, a great option for exploring downtown, Breckenridge. For those traveling without a vehicle, you are mere minutes from a public transportation stop! Located a 12-minute walk from the home (a half-mile away) is a Blue River Road Commuter bus stop on the FREE Summit Stage Bus' Blue River Commuter and Park County Commuter lines. Jump on the bus at the Spruce Creek stop and be in Breckenridge within minutes. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
