You will have exclusive access to the private patio featuring a comfy couch, outdoor dining table, and incredible outdoor city ambiance rare to find in New York! This gorgeous boutique building is nestled near some of the best attractions the city has to offer. With unbeatable location - minutes from to Central Park, Park Ave, and 5th Ave! Bloomingdale's is a block away, along with many trendy restaurants and shops!

This elegant flat features a modern setting with lots of space, and natural sunlight! The home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and supreme stay! From stainless steel appliances, modern bathroom, comfy bed, and all the essentials to make your stay in New York incredible!

The space is perfect for families, groups or business travelers as it can accommodate up to four (4) guests. There is more than enough closet space and the kitchen is stocked with all of the top of the line appliances!

Commitment to Cleanliness: We have implemented enhanced cleaning practices to meet the health and cleanliness standard of the Airbnb and NYC Health. All cleaning protocols are monitored as an expression of care and commitment to our guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Additional kitchen amenities include toaster, knife set, drip coffee maker, utensils and cookware. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea to enjoy that morning breeze.

• DINING •
Featuring an open floor plan, the flat offers a dining table with seating for 4 people that opens to the living area and the kitchen.

• OUTDOOR •
An amazing feature that is rare in New York! With direct access, the gigantic private patio offers a set-up like no other! You have exclusive and private access to the patio space plus the outdoor furniture!

• PARKING •
There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.

• OTHER AMENITIES •
The space comes with two 65 inch flat screen Smart TV's for your streaming apps, High-Speed WiFi, basic cable TV, in-unit washer and dryer.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES •
• Casa del Sogno New York (Formerly known as The Maison Bella) is under new management.
• We have Smart TV with streaming apps only. Please use your own log-ins for Netflix, Hulu, etc.
• Pack n Play is subject to availability and is available upon request only.

• SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES •
Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the apartment. Please also note that we have noise monitoring devices that do not record audio. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though!

2. Do you have a luggage storage?
• We do have a luggage storage where you can leave your bags while waiting for check-in. Please reach out to our team prior to arrival if you intend to use the luggage storage prior to arrival so we can provide you with instructions.

3. Do you offer daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost.

4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.

5. Do you replenish supplies?
• Our apartments are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.

HOUSE RULES

• PETS: We are a pet-friendly property! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet with a pet weight limit of 50 lbs per pet and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to our team to know the availability and rates of early check-in.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to our team to know the availability and rates of early check-in. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of equivalent to one night's stay.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony and rooftop. There is a smoking fine of $500.

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.

• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes. In the occurence of such instance, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• MAILS & PACKAGES: You are free to send mails and packages to the building however, we will not take responsibility for mails, packages and deliveries. We highly recommend that you send it to the nearest pick up location.

Great Upper East Side apartment

Stayed 2 weeks and loved this apartment. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to do some meals in. Enjoyed the massive outdoor space for relaxing. Would love to stay again!

Misrepresented and a fire hazard

Had upstairs apartment fully flood into our apartment. Water dripping into plugged in appliances. Property manager did not prioritize this concern nor fix the issue. Second bed is an air mattress that was expected to be used near a complete flooding on floor. No ammends were made nor wasted money refunded. Guests were not able to stay with us.

Great experience

This property made our stay in NYC so easy. The responsiveness of the property owner was outstanding. It was in a great, quiet, safe area. Will happily stay again for our next visit.

We had a wonderful week in NY, and the apartment definitely contributed to that. The location is perfect. It has great potential but could use a bit more care. Ideally, it's best for a maximum of 3 people to stay, not 4. But thank you anyway.

Weekend Getaway

Clean apartment in quiet neighborhood. Private patio was a nice amenity to have in the city on nice weather days. Access was easy with the Latch app. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Very unhappy sheets are dirty had stain restroom is smell pee floors are dirty very bad experience I would recommend it at allHost won’t respond for any problems . This DURITO 1BR apt is really nice

Great apt and well-appointed kitchen. Super neighborhood. Host communications easy, clear, rapid. Latch app to open building and apt was a nice touch.

Wish this condo was mine!

We took our 13 year old son to NYC for his birthday. This condo was the perfect place for us to stay! It is a short walk to the train and great place to eat, but out of the way enough that you're not right in the middle of the hustle - but just a block away! Everything was clean and nice. They even had a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher! The hosts even checked in before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was just right!

DIY project gone awry

The photos of this place look great but in reality it's a DIY project that never got finished. The cabinet in the family room is held together with masking tape, there are literally no towel bars in the bathroom, and they never finished installing the floor moldings in the bathroom either so you get to look at whatever is growing up the walls from the floor. The dishwasher was not even installed. Lastly the unit is in the basement so you get to walk by bags of garbage and dirty linens on your way to the unit. The location is decent with many restaurants in the area. But there are better places to stay for this price.

Upper East Side gem

Visited New York with my husband and teenage daughter. Entry to unit was great via app. Communication with host was excellent. The condo was spacious and clean. The location was fantastic. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to diner, market and pizza shop. Central Park was an easy 10-15 min walk. Would highly recommend this VRBO.

Great location but unit needs a lot of work!

The location of this property is in a great neighborhood and walkable to many restaurants, shops and Central Park. The unit itself however needs A LOT of work. We arrived to a leaking ceiling in the kitchen which continued to present issues throughout our stay. On day one we requested towels and pillowcases (as we didn’t receive a full set for group) and it took days for them to be delivered to us. There was broken furniture, chipped dinnerware, stained linens and bedding. The unit had dirty surfaces throughout and the patio area was also filthy. We were provided with only one trash bag for our 6 day stay and a dirty/used kitchen sponge. We had problems with the washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker due to broken parts and lack of maintenance. The hallways from the elevator to the unit were overloaded daily with dirty linens and trash. We reported this issue to management as we felt it was an extreme fire hazard and it was never addressed. There is no place to put your clothes if you wish to unpack and no towel hooks or a place to hang bath towels. With some maintenance and cleaning this could be a real gem but I wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition. I will look to stay elsewhere upon my return to NYC.

¡Dissapointed!

disappointing The department is good but unfortunately poorly managed. It says it is for 4 people, 1 bedroom and a living room but what it doesn't tell you is that it does NOT have a sofa bed but rather an inflatable mattress! The cleaning was not good, the dishwasher could not be closed, there was a leak in the ceiling, there was no dishes for 4 people, there were no cleaning supplies, there were no hangers in the closet, and no matter how much I told him all this The Host never responded to my concerns, he only told me that they would fix the leak, which is really a shame because it is expensive and it is also a rich apartment. The terrace is very dirty and poorly maintained.

Nulla è come sembra dalle fotografie

L'appartamento si trova al piano interrato. Molto diverso dalle fotografie. Il patio è inutilizzabile per pulizia, posizione e rumore. Divani e poltrone esterne sembrano essere prese direttamente dalla discarica. La casa è sporca e mai lavata approfonditamente dai lavori di riatrutturazione (calce e strucco si trova ovunque). Elettrodomestici rotti (lavastoviglie e phone) ante della cucina mezze rotte. L'ingresso della casa è da deposito dell'immondizia. Dubito che le recenzioni da 10 siano reali.
