Welcome home! My apt is a beautiful 1 BED ROOM apt in a modern elevator building! Located in the upper east side , the location is perfect just minutes from anywhere you may want to go in the city. Parks, restaurants, Museums ,..all just steps away!
This is a Beautiful and Modern 1 BED ROOM , Private apt in Prime Upper East Side location near East 79 street Near park ave Just a few blocks from the 77 street 6 train or the 86 street 4,5,6 trains. 5 minute walk to Carl Shultz Park on the East River as well as to Central Park and several Museums .
There are amazing restaurants , Parks, Wine Bars, and lounges everywhere!
Expect to really enjoy yourself !!
This is an Elevator Building and lots of renovations. The apt was redone just a few years ago with Stainless appliances in the kitchen a as well as several large windows so the apt is also bright and airy.
it includes , huge closet , bathroom , Living Room for a nice cozy feel.
This is truly a one of a kind apt in NYC.
I am always available for my guests if you have any questions at all.
The upper east side of Manhattan is a beautiful , quiet neighborhood with that is in my opinion the best location in the city. It is quiet with tree lined streets but only a few minute ride in a cab or subway to the busier downtown area or times square. It is just a few Minutes walk to Central Park and the Met Museum as well as other beautiful parks overlooking the east river.
And of course , there are more amazing restaurants and bars and shops within steps of this apt ! Everything you need is within a block or two of the building.
There is lots of great and easy transportation including , trains , buses , taxis, and if you have a car easy parking on the street or parking garages if you choose.

Good location!

Very calm area and nearby subway sation & bus stops so that easy access to everywhere in manhattan. Also, J is super friendly and communicative. I would like to stay here again.

Jay is a great host. He personally checked us in and it was a fast/smooth process. The condo is clean and well equipped. The photos and description are accurate. Location wise it is perfect. Close to a great grocery store, many restaurants and a few blocks from the subway station. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

The host, Jay, met us on arrival and was very welcoming. The apartment is comfortable and a half block from an amazing market as well as very good restaurants.

Had a great stay at Jay's apartment. Location in UES/Yorkville area was perfect for local restaurants and multiple subway stops (new Q-line is awesome!). For the location and apartment size, the price is very reasonable for NYC. Pros - Affordable price, beautiful location, large one bedroom apartment size, comfortable queen-sized bed, nice big screen TV, convenient elevator, and host (Jay) is VERY responsive to issues and super helpful.Cons - Listing is not completely accurate. Bathroom is not as nice as the one shown in listing. Shower temperature changes from hot-to-cold-to-hot without warning (manageable, just need to pay attention). Sofa bed is not a pull-out like one might expect, but it is wide enough for someone less than 6 feet tall to comfortably sleep on. No coffee machine like shown in listing picture. Location is 5 blocks away from one shown on the listing, so a little further away from Central Part, but still in a fantastic neighborhood. Washer in basement worked fine, but dryer did not function very well.Overall, I would absolutely stay here again as the pros far outweighed cons. And if I had enough money, I'd happily live in this neighborhood!

Jay's apartment was in a great location and we walked almost every night to the corner grocery store for dessert. Public transit was easy to use and close to the apartment as well. The picture of the bathroom in the listing is not the bathroom in the apartment so we were confused about that. We stayed for 8 nights and there was only 2 bath towels and 1 kitchen towel. I asked Jay for more towels and he brought 2 more bath towels the next afternoon. I slept on the couch which was pretty comfortable while my mom slept in the bedroom. We would recommend to others.

Apartment was as described and in a safe area with many bars and restaurants close by and food stores / other amenities. Subway stations nearby and easy to get taxis if needed. Central Park and Met a few minutes walk. We were met personally by Jay and all instructions were clear.

Very comfortable apartment in a fairly residential area, so there are two train lines close by, grocery stores, great neighborhood pub and grills. Check in was smooth, communication was excellent, Apartment is nice sized and had everything we needed.

Communication with Jay was always easy and professional. The apartment is in a great location. Easy to get to bus and subway locations. Many great restaurants and bars in the area. Easy walk to Central Park and Museums. We loved our stay here

Great place and even greater host!

This place is a little hidden gem on the upper east side. The apartment is a perfect place in a "quiet" area of Manhattan for a fantastic price. The apartment was clean and tidy and definitely much bigger than a NYC hotel room. Jay, the host, is very very easy to communicate with, we stayed in touch before checking in, he met us at the apartment to show us around and he was very caring throughout our stay, even offering to come by when we checked out to help us with our bags!! He's a great guy!I would definitely recommend this place!

Le parti comuni dell’edificio sono un po’ trascurate ma la collocazione è straordinaria per vivere una autentica esperienza di vita a New York . Fermate delle metropolitane linea 6 e linea Q vicine …fermate autobus urbani appena a due passi.

Wonderful stay!

Jay was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect - large, well furnished, clean, and neat. I was surprised at the spaciousness of the living room! Lots of room to rest and relax on my trip. The bed was very comfortable and there were lots of pillows. The apartment even had an umbrella that guests could borrow, which is a thoughtful detail I’ve never seen in any place other I’ve stayed! Jay was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay whenever I needed anything. We happened to run into each other as I was checking out and he’s a lovely guy who clearly cares about his guests and their experience staying at his place. I’m definitely planning to stay here again during my next trip to NY, if it’s available!
