Great Spot with Plenty of Room

We stayed here for my son’s graduation from Navy boot camp. This is close to base, safe and quiet neighborhood, and plenty of food options nearby. Communication with the host was excellent. We would recommend this house!

Everything was wonderful

Only thing i can say that is a little negative but woul not stop me from renting again is there is no washer and dryer available in the home to use but really that is just minor. I mean your on a vacation who wants to be doing laundry. It really was a nice home in a very quiet neighborhood with quick access to most everything.

Navy Graduation

This home gave our family to stay in a cozy home atmosphere so our Sailor could get the R&R and down time that he needed. We were able to cook dinner and visit. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe. It was just a few from Graduation. Even though traffic was crazy we left the home at 6:30am and arrived at our Sailors graduation at 7:40. It honestly wasn’t as bad as some of the travel times we had heard about.

The home was nice but basic

The home was nice and met basic needs. The TV was a challenge to work since the remote didn’t connect well with it. My son just getting out of basic wanted the TV more than a normal person on a trip. Wasn’t a huge deal so no contact was made with property owner to have the issue addressed. The location was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. Would stay again if back in the area.

Great place for bootcamp graduation

We rented a Vrbo so we'd have a place to hang out after my son graduated from boot camp. This place was perfect. It is just up the road from the base and it was a straight shot to Gate 8, where you enter base for graduation (just remember to stay in the left lane). It is a quiet residential neighborhood within 5-10 miles of grocery stores and restaurants. One thing I really liked about the house was that there was a main room for watching TV, hanging out, etc. and an additional slightly smaller sitting room. This way we could take phone calls or have smaller groups together with relative privacy. The three rooms were a good size and had comfortable beds. My only complaint was that the back rooms were really cold at night until we figured out the thermostat. Communication with the owner was good. I would highly recommend this place.
