A house with independent entrance and garage (parking located two blocks from the house, check availability), located in one of the best and quietest areas of Cochabamba, La Promotora Urbanization, just 15 minutes from downtown. Surrounded by playgrounds, sports fields (futsala, basketball, volleyball) and green areas, near busy avenues such as Av. America, Av. Beijing and Av. Simón Lopez, ideal for getting around to any part of the city.

The area has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The neighborhood is extremely quiet, safe and residential. It has many playgrounds, green areas, outdoor gyms, soccer fields, fields volleyball courts, basketball courts, and also has markets where you can do daily shopping.
There is a taxi stand in the neighborhood that has its stop just one block away from the apartment. There is also public transportation (lines 9 and 108 with orange flag) one block away from the apartment that takes you to the city center in 15-25 minutes.
Also, walking towards the main avenues (Av. Beiging, Av. America, Av. Simón Lopez) you will find more public transportation options to get to any place in the city.

The house welcomes you with open arms with a replica of the Cristo de la Concordia of Cochabamba. The house has very good lighting in the kitchen and living room, a comfortable space to relax. Outside you will have beautiful views of the Tunari mountain range. The entire house has good quality materials. A fine decoration of all environments. And free spaces around the house such as: green areas, recreation areas, outdoor gyms, parks for children, etc.
