Hillside Hideaway | 3 Bed, 2 Bath Condo in Prime Location!

Hillside Hideaway is a stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that features a private balcony with an outdoor fireplace, BBQ grill and seating for you to enjoy. From this large balcony, you have a view of the gorgeous surrounding scenery. It is the perfect place to relax! Inside the home you have a cozy and homey feeling, from the warm fireplace lighting up the living room. Open to the living space, is the dining room and full kitchen to make spending time on your vacation easy! There is a storage closet for your use in the parking garage. Feel free to keep your bikes, paddleboards or whatever else you bring to enjoy the outdoors in there.

Hillside Hideaway is in a prime location, being right in between St. George, Washington and Hurricane. With close access to the freeway it's a short drive to any destination you desire! Zion National Park is a 45 minute drive, Sand Hollow State Park is about 10 minutes away, and all the shops, stores, and restaurants you can imagine are all within 15 minutes or less. Coral Springs Resort offers heated indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, basketball and tennis.

Room Configurations:

Master Bedroom - King bed, private en suite bath, private TV system, and separate entrance to the units private balcony. (Sleeps 1-2)

Guest Room - includes a queen sized bed with a private TV. (Sleeps 1-2)

Bunk Room - 1 bunk bed, a full bed and like the other rooms, features a private TV. (Sleeps 1-3)

Family vacation

We spent 3 nights here as part of a family vacation tour of southern Utah. This is an absolutely beautiful condo in a convenient location. Highly recommend for any family!

Zion Trip

The location of this unit is incedible for any wanting to do Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Snow Canyon. The cleanliness and overall amenities were great. The best part was the large closed in patio with fireplace. I will stay in this unit again.

Perfect location and stay

Our condo was just perfect. We just loved our stay here. The rooms were spotlessly clean. We loved the outside seating area with fireplace. Beds are comfortable. Master suite is beautiful.

Quiet place

Our family of 4 stayed here for our trip to Zion National Park. Spacious condo allowed us to spread out. Restaurants, shopping and state parks within 10-15 minutes. Quiet, clean and we enjoyed the pool plus having the state park pass! Only negative was walking up 3 flights of stairs with luggage.

Clean and comfortable

Home was clean and well equipped. Kids loved the pools. Great place to stay with our family. The only thing that was a challenge was the cell coverage was poor and had to take luggage up three flights of stairs from parking garage. Was a quiet environment. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and Comfortable

My son and I stayed there for 4 nights for the Utah high school all american football practices and game. We had everything we needed in the place. Clean and comfortable. Hot tub was a huge bonus. We even got a couple of hours of fishing in at Sand Hollow. It was nice that they had underground parking that fits a full size truck. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great condo with amazing location

The condo was gorgeous. We had everything we needed. The pool was great, warm temperature. We loved the balcony and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for us to go to Zion National park, Bryce cannon, valley of fire (from Vegas). We enjoyed one afternoon at Sand Hollow State park paddle boarding and cliff jumping. Hope to come back some day to this amazing area! Highly recommend staying here.

Great stay within driving distance of Zion

We travelled to Zion every day of our stay and Bryce Canyon one day - all within driving distance! Home was clean and well taken care of. Looked exactly like the pictures. Communication was clear and responsive. The only downfall is there was no way to separate recycling from garbage which wasn’t a big deal.

Nice home

The home was nice and close to the pool to enjoy. We had a hard time getting a straight answer from the property management company after trying a week in advance to set up an early check in. If needed we would have paid more but each time we tried to communicate, we talked to a different person and they always told us they would get us in the unit ASAP. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Nice condo!

The location right off the 15 freeway was convenient for traveling and going into St George, but not so convenient for exploring Zion. We still had to drive almost an hour to get into the park. The condo was very nice, the beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed using the Jacuzzi in the clubhouse. A few more baking dishes would be nice in the kitchen, there's only one 13x9 baking pan. A couple food storage containers would be nice too :-).

Beautiful, peaceful, convenient

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious, clean and beautifully furnished 3rd floor condo. Hillside view private, quiet and peaceful. No traffic noise. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Plentiful bedding, blankets and towels. The indoor and outdoor pool were great! Outdoor so heated we could enjoy even when just 50 degrees outside. Hot tubs perfect after a long day of hiking. Within 15/20 min of various restaurants, a Walmart and grocery store. 45 min to Zion, gorgeous 2 hr road trip to Bryce. Clear access instructions via text and easy communication via text during stay. Highly recommend.

Hillside Hideaway

Hillside Hideaway was a beautiful unit. The pictures were very accurate. The pool and hot tub were close to the unit and had easy access. In the future, we will be sure to rent a place with an elevator, as three flights were a bit much. It would have been nice to have instructions for the outside fireplace and for the TV. As senior citizens we are not tech savvy and couldn't watch TV the whole time we were there. The big metal door as you enter the unit should be lockable from the outside.

Beautiful, Quiet, and Comfortable

What an excellent property and beautiful home! We had excellent communication from the property management team about check in or any general questions ahead of our stay. When we arrived the unit was even bigger and more spread out than what we imagined based on the photos. Cozy furniture, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, comfortable beds (in fact, they are SO comfortable, that we took note of the mattress and pillow brands and when we got back home we ordered new for ourselves to try to replicate them!) We slept so good! The TV's in each bedroom and living room were handy for the kiddos to have their own shows on if they weren't interested in what we were watching. The kitchen is well equipped with nice appliances, and utensils. The washer and dryer were so wonderful to be able to have access to. Everything was so clean and the place was so inviting! The pools & hot tubs were great, most nights we had it all to ourselves! Underground parking with a dedicated stall and a storage closet if need-be were definite perks. We would definitely stay here again! It was lovely!

50th Wedding Anniversary Family Trip

My family and I loved this home and it was perfect for our family to stay at to spend time and celebrate my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. It was spacious, well equipped with everything we could possibly need, in a wonderful location to visit Zion and surrounding areas. I received an email with all of the check-in information a day or tow before check-in. The information was easy to follow and provided us with all the answers to questions we might have. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook all meals for a family of 6 while having plenty of room to spread out and enjoy both the inside of the home and the balcony areas of the home. Walmart was 8 minutes down the road and I conveniently ordered the groceries in advance for pick up so we could have more time to enjoy the house. The kids loved swimming in the pool and the adults loved using the hot tubs after a long day of climbing Angels Landing and Hiking the Narrows. The home is located on the 3rd floor but all living areas are on one level. We did have to climb the stairs to access the home but that was no problem as long as you are physically able. We could not have asked for more out of this home. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to use their beautiful home!

This rental has exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect just at the edge of town,tucked away in the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were big and well laid out, beds super comfortable, lving room and open kitchen /dining area were great for families and the outdoor patio with fireplace cozy to sit in the evening. The master bathroom was stunning, loved showers after using the wonderful outdoor community pool. My family did not want to leave. Property Management was exceptionally friendly, responsive and accomodating. Thank you, we had an amazing stay.
