The space
This splendid room, completed in January 2023, has two double beds, a hotel mattress, cotton sheets and towels. A piece of furniture with a coffee maker and microwave, electric frying pan. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower with hot water. Air conditioning, fan, hair dryer, closet and clothes iron. It is a safe and secure place. This room is located on the second floor, with a private entrance from the street. We do not have parking on site, however, there are two paid parking spaces next door.

Entire space, guests will have access to the whole apartment . It is completely private. Lobby, living area and laundry are shared with other guests.
