Nice condo but ………
Refurbished nicely with modern decor. Solimar is a pretty spot. Our big issue was that there was no wifi for a solid week then very weak wifi for the following week. Our son is a student and had to spend ALL day at the neighbors house for half of our stay (we got to know the neighbors lol). We also run a business remotely and were not able to connect to clients. This was extremely inconvenient and the owner was not concerned - he said that since we weren’t paying for the wifi directly we had no reason to expect it to be available (despite it being offered as an amenity of the property). We felt a partial small refund was in order, which he flatly refused. Instead of acknowledging the problem and our frustration, he then claimed we had unusually high wifi needs, which is not true. There were only three of us. Also, he is charging us for cleaning the sofa for old looking stains that we noticed were already there when we first arrived. Other than these fairly unpleasant issues, the unit is nice and bright and functional.
