This spacious room has a private bathroom, kitchenette, and private entrance. It is located in a unique, safe and quiet neighborhood (Sunrise community) and an excellent location: right off I-75 and just a 10-minute drive to North Florida Medical Center, 11 minutes to Santa Fe College, 10 minutes to Butler Plaza, 7 minutes to Oaks Mall, and 15 minutes to UF campus. You’ll find the bus stop (#75) just a 2-minute walk away, and both Publix and Kanapah Park are within walking distance.

The room is ideal for an individual or a couple and features a private, well-lit entrance that is securely locked and connected to my house. It includes a full bathroom, a kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, a queen-sized bed, a love seat, and a workspace—no shared spaces. My parents reside in the other part of the house and it’s a smoke-free house.

-Access to your private key-locked room is through the backyard. You will find the backyard entrance on the right side of the house (where the driveway is). This will lead you to the sunroom and your key-locked door. It's self check-in and instructions about receiving the key will be sent after booking.
