Welcome to our home! We hope you have a wonderful stay. Please utilize the 3-car garage for parking and kindly return any remotes to the kitchen after use. We have implemented quiet hours after 10 pm as a courtesy to our neighbors, and kindly refrain from hosting house parties during your stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, and we kindly request that you dispose of any cigarette butts in the designated trash cans. Please make sure to dispose of trash in the provided trash bags and ensure they are securely closed before placing them in the designated trash cans. In the event that the trash cans are full, please leave the trash bags in the garage & let us know. For the safety of everyone, we kindly ask that you drive slowly within the neighborhood and adhere to a speed limit of 15 mph. Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope you enjoy your stay! Please note no Parties/Events is allowed!

Checkout Instructions:

Please remember to check out by 11 AM on your departure day, and kindly notify us in advance if you plan to leave earlier so we can make appropriate arrangements for cleaning.

We kindly request that you leave all used towels in the laundry room and place all trash bags within larger garbage bags, securely closing them before placing them in the outside trash can or recycling bin. If the trash cans are full, please leave any additional trash bags in the garage.

Please ensure that you wash your dishes in the dishwasher and return any moved items to their original locations. It is acceptable to leave the dishwasher running.

Before departing, kindly switch off all lights and appliances, set the AC to 72 degrees, and ensure that all doors, windows, and garage doors are closed and securely locked. Additionally, please remember to log off any Netflix or other accounts you may have used during your stay. Lastly, please double-check for any personal belongings, as our cleaning staff may discard small leftover items.

We sincerely hope you had a pleasant stay with us and we appreciate your adherence to these instructions. If you have engaged in substantial cooking inside the home, kindly open the windows for a few hours to dissipate any lingering odors and wipe down the oven and cooktops used.
