The 170m2 apartment is located on the 27th floor by lift.

This apartment is well-suited for small families and groups of friends, with a tastefully decorated, spacious living space perfect for enjoying meals over the dining table or streaming your favourite shows while stretching out on the sofa.

Outside, there is a private balcony offering sweeping views of Downtown Dubai, including the Burj Khalifa.

The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two with large king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. All beds are lined with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The unit has three bathrooms with everything you'll need to help freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Downtown Dubai is the city's busy tourism hub, home to the towering Burj Khalifa skyscraper, with its observation deck, and the dancing Dubai Fountain, where crowds gather to watch music and light shows. The sprawling Dubai Mall offers global fashion brands and casual eateries, while Emaar Boulevard has a chic cafe scene. The Dubai Opera hosts dance, opera and musicals in a striking dhow-shaped building.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest train station, Business Bay (Red Line), is just a 19-minute walk.

DXB Airport is 16 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall is 5 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 15 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 25 minutes away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
