1104 is a 1427 square fee (141 square feet additional patio space) a two bedroom, two bath unit on the 11th floor with a magnificent Gulf View. Kitchen has a regular drip coffee maker. The master bedroom has a King size bed. The guest bedroom has a king and a full size bed. Living room has a pull out queen sofa sleeper. Guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, master bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combo. Luxury vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen, hallway and living room area. Bedrooms are carpeted. Unit accommodates 8 people.

Great Condo for a family!

Reviewer Comments: the carpet was very dirty and there was dog pee stain all over the carpet, there is water marks all over the walls in the bathroom and the hall ways I have pictures to send showing all of these I told front office she told me that they didn't have time to clean the carpets I would like some kind of compensation for the condition of the condo

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our visit was for our 60th anniversary. High hopes for an uncomplicated stay. We have been to Coral Reef before. Floors were not clean. Lavatories in both baths were partially stopped up and filled with black greasy mold. Painting crews blocked access to the beach and pool areas. Day of our anniversary, painting of the hallway outside our condo restricted 6hrs. of access to our room. Only one of four TV's worked properly. Remotes were broken, held together with tape and without batteries. New batteries did not help. We see why no refunds were in place.

This unit was not as updated as far as furniture and things like that go. Also, I do not love the fact that they no longer offer chair/umbrellas with the rental and that you have to pay so far in advance now instead of paying your remaining balance when you get to the property like you were able to before.
