Welcome to our newly built 3 beds, 2 bath fully furnished home in Temple, Texas. This home is the perfect getaway for families, corporate, business travel workers. The home is located minutes from Baylor, Scott and White and VA hospitals, major freeways, restaurants and shopping and just a short drive to Georgetown, Killeen and Waco. Home comes with a well-equipped kitchen, work desk/chair, smart TVs, high speed fiber internet, washer/dryer.
No Smoking Allowed
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
No Parties or Events
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
Security
We have a camera at the front of the property.

Leases required for stays over 1 month.
Background Check/IDs
Background check, ID, and names of all guests 18 and older are required.

We've spared no expense in providing high end furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and large smart UHD 4k TV's. We also have blazing fast fiber optic internet with over 300MBPS UL and DL speeds. All furniture and bedding is new, property includes washer and dryer.
