This cozy beachfront home sits on a two-acre plot of land and features private beach access, making it a dream come true for water sports enthusiasts. You can launch the provided kayaks (two doubles and one single) or rowboat to explore the waters from a unique perspective. After a day full of unforgettable adventures, rinse off in the outdoor shower. Gather around the beach firepit for a cozy evening while roasting s'mores and watching the beautiful sunsets. The backyard oasis includes a hot tub, ideal for entertaining or quiet evenings.

As you enter this lovely beachfront home, you are greeted by a bright open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room and dining area - perfect for entertaining! Curl up on your favorite sofa and prepare for a delightful evening at home, streaming your favorite shows on the Roku smart TV, watching a movie from the eclectic DVD collection, or playing board games. The living area boasts a wood-burning fireplace for wintertime visitors. When mealtime comes around, surprise your guests with their favorite recipes prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, with all the essentials to channel your inner chef. Create everlasting memories in the home's extensive waterfront deck, which offers a great spot to dine alfresco, play games, and relax while admiring impressive views. Additional perks include one double Aerobed, an outdoor swing, a cornhole and horseshoe game, a gas grill, five Adirondack chairs, two adult folding beach chairs, two children's folding chairs, one beach umbrella, sand toys, water inflatables and pump, a washer/dryer, children's toys and games, a baby monitor, and a high chair.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
