This completely remodeled one-bedroom unit allows you to enjoy your own piece of what Hampton Beach has to offer. Take advantage of the award-winning sandy beach as well as the activities that make Hampton Beach fun for all ages.

This unit is located on the second floor, directly across from the ocean and has a communal deck to enjoy the views. Located north of the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom, you are within walking distance to the main beach area and activities while being far enough away that you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves.

Perfect little condo!

These ladies have a great place; wonderful hosts! It was clean, comfortable and the location was close to everything. Quick walk to the beach across the street was fantastic. I came out with my 2 teenagers and there was plenty of room that we weren’t on top of each other. Great little kitchen to prepare meals in too. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you both for a wonderful stay!

We are sisters who grew up going to Hampton Beach every summer with our family. We love the area and our family has been a part of the community for decades. Growing into adulthood, we worked at the Beach View Inn for over a decade continuing our love for the area. We want to share the joy of Hampton with others so they can experience what we have loved our whole lives.

The Ocean Mist combines the activities of Hampton Beach with the serenity of beach living. It is within walking distance to the Casino Ballroom, arcades, and shops but still far enough that you can hear the ocean waves and limit nighttime noise.
