The community pond that is adjacent to this property if fully stocked with fish and maintained by Southeastern Ponds so make sure you bring your bait and pole! The boat launch is right across the street and you have access to a boat slip and community dock with a fire pit area. And that's just the outside! Inside, you will find a beautiful rustic modern cabin feel to this home with a spacious kitchen and living area. There is sleeping space for 6 people with Smart TVs in each bedroom as well as dining for 6. There is a charcoal grill located on the rear patio to whip up a great steak or burger. If you don't feel like cooking during your stay, hit up Kowaliga, SpringHouse, or The Landing at Parker Creek. Once you book, you'll be hooked and will want to spend all of your time here at Lakeside Harmony!

Quiet hours are 10PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
Dispose of all trash prior to departure. The dumpster is located at the front of the neighborhood by the boat storage area.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people and should not exceed that amount.
Please start the dishwasher, strip sheets off the bed, and place towels in the washing machine before departure.
