I am from Almería by birth, and since I was little I have enjoyed the charm and tranquility of Aguadulce, its neighbors and its beach. Although for professional reasons I currently reside outside of Spain, whenever I can I return to my origins to enjoy the Almeria sun, the "fried anchovies" and the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment is located in a privileged area. Very quiet, on the second line of the beach, but at the same time very close to the commercial and leisure area of the town, 3 minutes walk from the beach, and 15 minutes from the Marina. The neighbors are hospitable and friendly. Parallel to the beach runs a promenade to enjoy walks. There are also children's play areas on the beach.

Being located on the 11th floor of a 14-story building, and on the second line of the beach, the terrace offers unparalleled views of the beach, the sea and the city. It will be easy for you to relax in this environment, while you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and dinners with the breeze of the Mediterranean Sea. The interior of the apartment is very bright and functional.
