Our recently renovated 156 m2 loft is located at street level in a trendy neighborhood, between Canal Saint Martin and Bastille, in the 11 arrondissement. It is served by several bus and metro lines. The loft has three bedrooms (2 queen size beds and one single bed), a spacious bathroom with both tube and italian shower, separate toilets, a fully functional kitchen and a spacious open plan living and dining area. Luxury furniture. Fast internet. Premium optimized central heating system.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
My neighborhood is one of the trendiest in Paris. It’s full of shops, bars, and restaurants. Near Belleville, there’s an area with delicious Chinese restaurants, many art galleries, and alternative supermarkets. It’s very well connected by public transport, just 15 minutes from the Pompidou Center by metro, and the Marais district is within walking distance. A fantastic area for a visit to Paris!

A loft with a glass roof and plenty of plants, uniquely designed by an architect. It features a spacious living area with excellent acoustics, a fully equipped kitchen, a luxury bathroom, and highly efficient heating. The mattresses and bedding are new and of high quality.
