To start the host was very nice. Host responded very quickly with our questions and also let us check in two hours early. Home is in a very nice location and within walking distance of amenities. The home was mostly clean and ready for guests but had some opportunities to be cleaner. The master shower still had hair in it and the master bedroom has no toilet so you must use the one in the hallway. The ad for the home never stated all bedroom are downstairs. My mother-in-law has mobility issues and was hard for her to go up and down. Also the stairs have no railing. The beds are very short so if you have trouble getting up and down you’ll have difficulties. The ad also states washer and dryer on site but only washer is present. Wet sheets and pillow cases were left in the washer. The towels stunk of mildew and were not pleasant to dry off with. Location is not a dump by any means but a more descriptive description would be nice. Cleanliness could improve also!

The host was very nice and helpful. He let us drop our bags early and helped figure out where we could store bags the day we left before our flight took off. However, the listing was less than desirable. I communicated with the host about these issues but feel it’s important for people to know. First, it was quite hot when we were there and the house was stuffy and musty. The only windows you can open are on the street with no screens so can only be open during the day when you are home. No AC in this home was tough. There were a few fans but we needed them in the bedrooms so there was nothing for the living space. All of the bedrooms are downstairs, under ground. This was not stated in the listing. It smelled moldy and musty down there and was quite unpleasant to sleep in. All of the showers would overflow when used so the floors were covered in water. We were only given enough towels for us to use and there’s no dryer. We tried to do laundry but the detergent was empty. We got some extra towels but had to use them to constantly mop up the floor. Overall the house seemed dirty and not well kept. It was a great location but I would not want to stay here again. Maybe a different time of year would be better. I will say the host was gracious and friendly. That’s the best thing I have to say about the listing
