The entire property is designed by a famous Chicago Designer. You do not want to miss this opportunity. This entire building consists of 4 separate apartments is a brand new building. Construction finished September 2019. Each apartment can be rented individually or combined to fit your needs.


THE PROPERTY
This property is our best Suite in Chicago! The unit is high end luxury finishes that consists of:

- 2 Bedrooms (4 Queen beds)
- 2 Bathrooms (LUXURIOUS SHOWERS) with showers that have multiple heads that hit your entire body.
- Fully stocked kitchen to cook great meals for your guests. We have all the pots and pans and what not, all you need is the food.
- 1 private patio with the BEST city views.
- Garage parking spot

PARKING
Comes with FREE GARAGE PARKING IN THE BUILDING. The Suite only comes with 1 parking spot, however, there are more spots to book for around $10 a night via SpotHero should you need more spots. I will send parking instructions after you book.


THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Our property is centrally located downtown in a VERY safe area. We are perfect for group gatherings and family events! We are literally located right downtown next to all of the high rise buildings and walking distance to everything.

Public Transportation: Brown Line El (Chicago Stop) We are located 1.5 blocks to the Chicago Brown Line stop. This train can take you anywhere in the city. It can get easily get you to and from both Ohare and Midway airports or shoot you up to Wrigley for the baseball game.

Walking Distance: We are located around 5 blocks to The Loop and Magnificent Mile/Rush Street (shopping district), 3 blocks from the bar/restaurant scene in River North, 5 blocks to Gold Coast's Viagra Triangle (area filled with bars/restaurants), 6 blocks to Wells Street (party street filled with bars and restaurants), 10 blocks to the Beach. If something is not within walking distance, Uber is a great option. As we are centrally located, you can get virtually anywhere cheaply!
This entire building consists of 4 separate apartments is a brand new building. Construction finished September 2019. Each apartment can be rented individually or combined to fit your needs.

Convient and nice place

This place was perfect for our 5-night stay and 4 adults. It was close to lots of food and the brown line. A couple of notes, the parking space is very tight and made for a small car. Plan to park it and leave it. It is not easy to get in and out of the car when parked in the garage. Second thing, the freezer in the refrig doesn't work so I would suggest buying some ice bags if you need things really cold.

Perfect Thanksgiving Stay

Cooked Thanksgiving dinner & was able to enjoy the holidays with my daughters who live in Chicago! The place was stocked well with dishes & cookware. Beds were cozy & everything was nice & clean. Location was an easy walk to find coffee & other eats. Only thing that the place could use were hangers! But other than that, no complaints & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Birthday Celebration Trip

It was our first time to Chicago, so we really didn't know anything about where to stay. We took a chance and booked this location and we are very glad we did! We flew in and took the blue line from O'Hare (Orange if flying Midway) and got on the brown line. From the Train it was a short walk to the Condo. Not once did I feel unsafe even though we were arriving in the evening. The are places to eat and shop nearby, so everything we needed was within walking distance for the first evening. Then next morning we got an Uber to the Navy Pier, and the driver gave us some recommendations while he drove. However from then on we walked or took the train the rest of the visit. We were that close to everything we did. We enjoyed some Theatre shows, the Bean, the Architectural cruise, Willis Tower, Tribune Building, The Ferris Wheel, and tried the observation deck, but it wasn't a good day for a view or a tilt. And after each busy day, we relaxed at the condo with cards and friends and had lots of laughs. My husband and I really enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony and watching people go about the city. If you are a pillow snob, you may want to bring your own. However there are plenty of pillows available for you to try. he house is also stocked with everything you will need if you are cooking and serving meals. W&D available if needed. Dan was very quick to reply and was gracious in answering any of my questions. We will definitely stay here again if and when we return!

Improper expectations

I would like to start out by saying that I did not want to have to write this review. I messaged the host twice during our stay and directly after checking out. After a long conversation and attempted resolution, they have stopped responding to any further attempts (all with documented proof). Parking: unless you drive a small car, there is a strong chance your car won't fit, if there are other cars in the garage. SpotHero was upwards of $60 for a 3.5 day stay. The freezer was broken. After attempting to trouble shoot, the Host told us to "unplug it and let it defrost for 24 hours." Not to be harsh, but what guest would be willing to do this? Everything we brought would be ruined. Including my 120oz of breastmilk that I had to dump from being spoiled due to this issue, which was devastating. Cutely decorated but lots of wear and tear/damages. Beds are "fine" but LOUD. Any movement is very loud and the bunk beds need to be tightened as getting up and down feels risky. Bring towels. The ones provided are SMALL. Other reviews mention this as well. There were only 4 drinking glasses and other essential items, we had to go buy things so that we could all eat/drink at once. Front door handle was loose. This is a huge concern. Deadbolt aside, you never want the place you're staying to feel unsafe with a flimsy door handle. Again, I planned to leave this review off and handle this privately with the host but after they went dark I started a claim investigation with VRBO.

Great Chicago Flat.

Very cute new build, just far enough off the main blocks to maintain some quiet. Super easy to access. Perfect set up for a girls trip, but I agree with previous reviewers that the number and quality of towels could be upgraded! Overall a great stay in the city!!

River North

Great location. Took train from O’Hare, Transferred and took brown line 2 short blocks to condo. Place was very nice. Rooms very big with modern bathrooms. Enjoyed all Chicago had to offer. Would stay here again.

Chicago Weekend

We had an amazing trip to Chicago and loved staying at this condo. It was clean, modern, and a short walk/Uber ride to everything we wanted to see. The primary shower was AMAZING and we all felt safe with the double locks on the entryway and unit itself. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Great location and affordable!

Easy access to the brown line and red line. Close restaurants. 2.5 bathrooms was a godsend with five teenagers! Warning on the garage parking, plenty tall but about the longest vehicle that could fit is a minivan, our full size van didn't fit lengthwise. There was a relatively cheap surface lot just around the corner though. Would absolutely stay again.

Great Location

I stayed at the condo with my Girl Scout troop that just graduated high school, 8 total people. The condo location felt very safe when we sat on the small patio, or ventured out to the local Dunkin' or Starbucks. The L station with about 1 block walk, so very convenient. Getting the location 1 hour before check in was a bit difficult as we were coming in from out of town with no way of knowing where exactly we were going. Once we got the location, communication with the owner/manager was very easy. Also, there were some things I expected to find in the kitchen that were missing, like a pitcher for making drinks or a baking dish. The place provides no cleaning supplies, this included no broom, so if a mess is made, it can be difficult to clean up since only paper towels and dish soap are provided. There is exactly 8 pillows and 8 towels. Overall, it was a positive experience, in a good location, but if you're coming with a group, I'd highly recommend bringing a hand broom, and considering if your group might need extra pillows or towels.

Great value near the heart of the city.

Spent a few days doing all the touristy things. This is a very nice place that is close to all the action. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. Highly recommend.

Business Trip Made Easy!!!

This location was incredible and it was perfect for what we needed to do. We were in town for NEOCON/Design Days and this was a wonderful home base for us. It was walking distance to almost everything, and right by the CTA station as well. Starbucks was also close which was nice.

2 night stay for business trip

My colleague and I stayed here Thursday and Friday night for a business trip. It was exactly what we needed. Great location and plenty of space, and clean.
