Your family will be 5 minutes away from Zona Dorada and 5 minutes away from daowntown, a minute from the Aquarium, we are located on the Malecon where you can enjoy renting a electric scotters or bicycles, in addition to appreciating the spectacular sunset either from the apartment located on the 11th floor with full view of the Pacific Ocean, or you can see it from the heated pool located on the 3rd floor.

Outstanding Location and Condo!

Just returned from 2 weeks in Mazatlan and in the Condo.Location was fantastic...right on the Malecon!View from the very large balcony was worth the trip.Pro's:LocationProperty Management (Pako) was very responsive and helpfulCondo was quite large with 2 bedroomsKitchen was fully equippedNice facilities - pool and gym24/7 securityView was breathtaking from 11th floorClose to groceries, Restaurants and CentroCon's: Can be noisy as it is right on the Malecon. Beds were very hard (typical for Mexico)Living room couch has a pull out bed under so it is not comfortableNo Laundry and no TV in Master suiteOverall it was a great stay and transportation options were numerable- DiDi, Uber, Taxi's

Perfect space right in the middle of the malecon

Our recent stay in Mazatlan was perfect. Altomare Condos are right in the middle of the malecon but just far enough from either end where it tends to be loud. There is occasional noise here and there but this unit is high enough to get good rest each night. It's a new unit so everything is in pristine condition. We had an issue with the hot water but Pako was very responsive to our messages and we quickly fixed the issue. Would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.
