The space
This is a gated community, so all vehicles need to go through checkpoint so host needs to know names of drivers and how many vehicles, driveway holds 4 cars and there is no street parking allowed.
Max speed limit is 25 mph.
Guest access
The main rental area is on second floor, the lower level is a recreation area and has another full bathroom and washer and dryer.
