The living room & dining area with a two-story high ceiling provides lots of light and is equipped with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. The dining area offers seating for 4 and includes a breakfast bar with two bar stools next to the kitchen. The modern kitchen if fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy home cooked meals. There's also a half bathroom off the kitchen. Stairs lead to the second level open up to a loft with an office area and laundry room.

The master suit features a king size bed and flat screen TV. The master bathroom is equipped with a shower and dual sinks.

The guest bedroom a queen size bed, with a large flat screen TV, and plenty of closet and dresser space. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a sink.
Wi-Fi is included. There is a one car attached garage.

Also, it's a short car ride to JetBlue Park (10 min) - the winter home of the Boston Red Sox, and 15 minutes from Century Link Park - the winter home of the Minnesota Twins. It's close to downtown Fort Myers where you'll find the Winter Estates of Thomas Edison & Henry Ford, and the thriving, up and coming nightlife of the River District.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes is allowed anywhere on the property; this includes inside the home, lanai, or garage areas.
