The large studio will offer you an uncramped stay with its generous living, sleeping, dining and balcony areas.
The spacious apartment has a full king bed with a premium mattress and a full queen-size sofa bed to comfortably sleeps guests.
Enjoy your favorite show on a 65" UHD TV that can be swiveled in the direction you are seated in.
Lots of storage, a safe, a fully equipped kitchen, appliances & white goods.
Large private balcony with relaxed premium outdoor seating along with a large cantilever umbrella to shelter you from the elements as you unwind
Guest access
Unwind with full beach (included in the booking) and nearby pool access (included in the booking) at Riva Beach Club within a 5 min walk where you could also hire (not included in the booking) and enjoy kayaking, paddling, or foil surfing.
Kids can enjoy the play area on the beach walk with its slides, climbing ropes and hanging bars.
The property will be handed over to guests at check-in, professionally cleaned and sanitized, including the provision of set of towels, linen and toiletries and handy self-cleaning supplies.
Guests can request a professional cleaning (change of towels & linen included) during their stay at a nominal additional charge.

A trait that led me to personally design the interiors of my property with the aim to offer utmost comfort while providing an understated luxurious beachfront experience. My property which is right on one of it's scenic beaches, extends the opportunity to these visitors to enjoy all what the Palm has to offer in a convenient and comfortable setting.

Apart from offering the beach right at its doorstep, the large layout of my property provides travellers a comfortable place to stay with roomy dining, living, sleeping and outdoor lounge areas. Fully furnished with lots of storage, equipped kitchen with all appliances and whitegoods further helps ease one's stay. With ample parking space and with the beautiful Nakheel Mall right across the road, access is within reach for retail, dining, necessities shopping, medical facilities and transportation options. My property is a well rounded property offering resort living while ensuring other much needed conveniences are easily accessible to make my guests' stay enjoyable and hasslefree. I welcome you all.
