Avoid this listing

The property owners insisted on collecting my credit card information instead of charging you through VRBO. They tried to put a surprise damage deposit charge on my credit card (that wasn't mentioned in the listing) two days before check in. They didn't send the check in instructions until I called from the airport in the evening. And the apartment was filthy! I don't think the carpets had been vacuumed in weeks. I recommend you stay away from this one.

Not A Good Place.

This property had not cleaned the unit and had used gum on the carpet inside the bedroom, pubic hair and long hair on the hand towels, and ashes from someone smoking in the unit prior to me getting there. They planted a dismembered shell of tobacco inside the unit or used an unknown picture and FALSELY BLAMED it on me. I don’t smoke nor have I EVER smoke anything as disgusting as cigars, weed, or cigarettes. Superior Living ought to be ashamed for trying to keep my damage deposit! I have never been treated so cold by a company in my life. They did not do a thorough investigation at all and I will not ever be booking. That’s crazy for someone to accuse you of smoking on your birthday when you came for a calm weekend away from home life. This is your warning to take pictures of the unit and do a walk through before because they will try to scam you out of money and will say that you smoked even if there is someone smoking next door which was my case. Someone was smoking “weed” next door and they tried DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
